Booking platforms are convenient. We understand the appeal — one search, multiple options, instant comparison. But for a stay at Grenadier Luxury Suites in Calgary, booking direct is almost always the better choice. Here is why.
You Pay Less
Third-party platforms charge commission — typically between 15% and 20% of the booking value — and that cost gets passed on in the prices you see. When you book directly with us, we’re not paying a platform, which means we can offer you a better rate, added extras, or both.
Direct bookings also give us room to be flexible in ways that platforms cannot. Need to adjust check-in time? Discussing a late checkout? Asking whether extra bedding is available for the larger suite configuration? These conversations happen quickly and easily when you come to us directly.
You Talk to Us, Not a Bot
When you book through a third-party platform, your first point of contact for any query is the platform’s customer service team — not us. We have no control over response times, accuracy of information, or the outcome of any dispute.
When you book direct, you have our contact details from the start. Any question, any change, any request — you are speaking to the people who manage the property. For a large group booking where the details matter, that makes a real difference.
Access to Extras That Don’t Appear on Platforms
Our private chef service, curated local recommendations, and flexible booking arrangements are conversations we can have when you come to us directly. Platforms list the rooms. We can talk about the whole experience — what to do in Calgary, when to book Banff, which suite configuration works best for your group.
How to Book Direct
Simple. Visit our site, check availability for your dates, and complete the booking directly through our system. No middleman, no hidden add-ons, no inflated pricing.
If you have a question before booking — about the property, the area, or the best layout for your group — get in touch. We would rather help you get it right before you arrive than troubleshoot from a distance once you do.
