Where exactly are you located?
Grenadier Luxury Suites is in Arbour Lake, a quiet, established neighbourhood in northwest Calgary. It is approximately 20–25 minutes from downtown Calgary and 25 minutes from Calgary International Airport (YYC). Banff is a 90-minute drive west on the Trans-Canada Highway. Kananaskis Country is closer still if you prefer a quieter mountain experience.
How many guests can stay?
We offer two private three-bedroom suites, each fully self-contained — ideal for smaller family groups or two families travelling together. For larger parties, the entire six-bedroom house can be taken as one property, sleeping up to sixteen guests comfortably. This is the most popular configuration for family reunions, milestone celebrations, and multi-generational trips.
Is there parking?
Yes. Private parking is available at the property. For groups arriving by car or collecting hire cars from the airport, you will have everything you need on arrival.
What are the hot tub and sauna like?
Properly maintained and fully operational — not afterthoughts. The outdoor hot tub is heated and cleaned before every arrival. The sauna is in regular use and genuinely enjoyable. After a day in the Rockies, both tend to get heavily used for very good reason.
Can you arrange a private chef?
Yes. We work with yhangry to offer private chef experiences at the property — from gourmet breakfasts to full multi-course dinner evenings. Book in advance: popular dates fill quickly and we want to make sure your preferred evening is available.
What should I bring?
The suites are fully equipped with kitchen essentials, bedding, and towels. Bring your own toiletries and pack appropriately for Calgary’s variable weather. For mountain days, comfortable walking or hiking shoes are genuinely important — the trails reward proper footwear.
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Standard check-in is from 4pm; checkout is at 10am. If you need flexibility — an early arrival after a long flight, or a later checkout — contact us directly before your stay and we will do our best to accommodate.
